Unprofessional service from bag drop consult at mango desk

On the 24th of November. We had a flight with mango airlines at 5:55am from OR Tambo airport to King Shaka airport. We proceeded to the bag drop counter where one of the service consultants at the check in counter called lebo was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful with regards to the situation at hand. She was very condescending and aggroant. Such customer services is unacceptable and unappreciated. She did not ease the situation in anyway. She did not give us any reassurance with regards to bag drop policy and procedures. It was absoulety pathetic.
