Unprofessional Mango Employees
I am absolutely disappointed in the bad service received on Mango flight JE145 on 18 April 2018 from Johannesburg to Cape Town at 14:05.
Before we departed from Johannesburg, a flight attendant already had an altercation with the lady sitting next to me. She asked the lady if she is going to wear her jacket. The lady rep**** that she wasn't and the flight attendant took her jacket and mentioned she was going to place it in the compartments above our heads. The lady asked the flight attendant to give her a minute as there were things in the jacket's pockets that she needed. The flight attendant got so angry, through the jacket at the lady and hit the overhead compartment's door shut, loud enough for everybody to stare at her. This flight attendant was never seen again throughout the flight. After this altercation, the flight attendants, including the senior flight attendant, was extremely ugly with this lady.
I am also upset with the fact that the flight attendants were only seen twice during the flight. They demonstrated safety procedures, and came around once to offer passengers the opportunity to buy something. After that they were only seen again at landing.
Another concern I have is that the pilot only spoke once throughout the flight asking the flight attendants to prepare the cabin for landing. Due to the weather and turbulence, I think it was just fare for the pilot to make passengers aware of this and to reassure them of their safety. Some passengers were really upset by this lack of effort. No introduction was given and, by now, nobody still knows who the pilot was that flew them from Johannesburg to Cape Town.
I feel this is highly unprofessional and should be dealt with respectively.
