Unhelpful, inconsiderate and overpriced!!

<p>My family and I were meant to catch a flight for 6:00. We arrived at the gate at 5:35 and were greeted by a snotty hostess who informed us that the boarding gates were closed and the plane was leaving 20 minutes before schedule. There were no announcements that they were boarding, but the hostess insisted that they had called us by name. We then went to the ticket office to postpone the flight and were told that an additional cost of R2200 needed to be paid, almost the same price as the actual price we paid for the tickets and for a flight that would be 4 hours later. They refused to refund us or allow us to make a booking for another date. </p>
