Unhelpful air hostess and overall bad experiance

<p>Travelling from Durban to Johannesburg (flight JE288 on the 8/11/2016) my fiancé pre-booked our seats and we only discovered that our windows seats did not actually have a window when we got on the plane (no indication when you do the pre-booking). To add to this, we had an energetic two-year-old on the seat behind us that cried, kicked the seat and loved to play with my hare to the amu*****t of the air hostesses (Sarah and Monbosu) making me their entertainment for the night. This is after they <strong>declined my request</strong> to move to one of the 4 visible empty rows close to me as the airline was not even half full and made an announcement to all passengers to stay on their original seats without an explanation why? (Still want to know why?) There I was sitting with my fiancé sleeping on my left shoulder, a stranger repeatedly dosing of on my right shoulder, a crying child pulling my hair and the flight attendance not making eye contact.</p> <p>Why not today? This is one customer that will not fly Mango again…</p>
