Unhappy with Mango Airlines

I booked a flight which had to be changed or cancelled. They do not have a condition of cancelling because you cannot use the flight any longer nor do they have a condition to change if Covid 19 is not the reason. I have made an excess of 10 calls with no avail to speak to a consultant to give me some assistance. I will take a voucher if need be. they send you from pillar to post. We are supposed to support proudly South African ha. no thank you. If I have a choice I will never use Mango Airlines again. I still have not spoken to anybody to try and do something with this ticket, so they score all the way and I am my money poorer
