Unhappy client with broken luggage

I'm really frustrated and upset with the way Mango Airlines handled my luggage on Monday from Durban to Cape Town. My wheels broke and I weren't able to push my trolley bag. It's really putting you in a bad light because such thing never happened to me before witj any other airlines. I've sent emails and no one has taken effort to contact me about this situation. Poor service delivery Mango. I can't believe it. Please be aware of this people if you are using Mango Airlines, they damage you luggage and don't even respond to enquiries.
