Hi So this morning I was 8 minutes late for checking in my luggage and I was penalized r530 and had to take a later flight, but now my later flight that was scheduled for boarding 9:55 started boarding 10:20 but no apology, so what do I get as a penalty gift? We Were scheduled to leave 10:25 yet we're still on the ground
