Unfair treatment from Mango airlines

Yesterday Mango flight JE 284 was supposed to leave King Shaka @ 19.15 and we were told that flight will be delayed to 21.30 and we waited and @ 21.00 we told again that it was delayed again we left King Shaka @ 23.45 and arriving OR Tambo after 1.00am and no clear excuse given is this the way to treat customers
