Uncompassionate airline

My father unfortunately passed away. Mango was informed before my family had to fly. Death certificate was sent to them.No my fault my dad passed away.<br> They gave me a voucher for my tickets purchased minus a penalty fee. My tickets were purchased from checkers.<br> Now I want to use the vouchers to purchase tickets , iam not allowed to use it at checkers but must purcase from mango call centre at a higher price than what I can purchase <br> from checkers.Icheckers.I find this very unfair on the part of mango,ffirstly because I didnt use my tickets because of my dad passing away.<br> Mango should allow me to purchase tickets from checkers with my vouchers because it is cheaper at checkers.<br> Mango was very unsympathetic towards my predicament. Call centre very unsympathetic to my predicament. Instructed me to ask my neighbour to use their computer to book tickets, because I dont own a computer.<br> Shirly
