Uncaring attitude, No communication & poor service

This is the second time I’ve had issues flying Mango. The first time my luggage was destroyed, and it's been 2 months and no response.

Flight JE134 CT to OR Tambo 26/06/16: Flight was cancelled - any plane can have technical issues, but what really got me (and other passengers) angry was:

1) If there was a technical problem on the plane, couldn’t they have at least sent an e-mail/sms (Kulula does this)?

2) We were told the flight was cancelled at 4.50 am, and arrangements were being made to put passengers on other flights, and after that, no communications at all

3) After standing in line for 2 hours 40 minutes, it was only when I asked at 7.30 am that it transpired that the following Mango flight to OR Tambo at 9.30 am was full, and no guarantees could be given on the following flight at 11.00 am. Some passengers were accommodated on other carriers (BA, Kulula – SAA was full). It was only then that passengers were given the option of flying to Lanseria

4) The problem is that passengers were not updated on what was happening and no indication was given on the time frame in which you were expected to be on a flight.

5) With the exception of the final person who changed me to the Lanseria flight, there an uncaring attitude by Mango staff to the plight of passengers.

In future, I will not fly Mango. Their staff is unprofessional, ***********, and they need to be trained to realise that communication is important..
