Unacceptable service, changing of booking!

I will never make use of Mango Airlines again! On 15 June 2019 we had a booked flight from CPT to Lanseria. After arriving on time at the airport we were told that the flight is full they can only help us at 17h00 in the afternoon, unacceptable! They then put us on a flight to OR Tambo. Our vehicles were parked at Lanseria. Mango could not arrange, a proper shuttle to fit in all our luggage. We are very disappointed in the service that we did NOT receive! We expected more from this airline as we were feeling dismayed and stranded!!
