Unacceptable service

I refer to the 5pm flight from OR Tambo to King Shaka on Friday 13 February, which was delayed for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had an important event to attend, which I eventually missed due to the flight being delayed. This is highly unacceptable. I booked my flight well in advance, and planned properly so I would arrive at the function on time. For me to miss the function due to no fault of mine is unacceptable. This is not the first time that my Mango flight has been delayed
