Unacceptable delays!

<p>I booked flight JE253 for Friday. Flight is supposed to depart at 13:35 and arrive at 14:45, however the flight is now delayed by over 2 hours! This is absolutely unacceptable! I booked and paid for this flight because I need to urgently be in Durban at 15:00; now my flight is only leaving well after 3pm! Had I known about your pathetic service delivery, I would have booked with another airline. Mango flights are always delayed, but always seem to be more expensive than other airlines. Flysafair in particular are far cheaper and are never delayed. This is absolutely frustrating! What do I do as a customer who needs to urgently be at my destination at the originally booked time? We don't even receive any compensation for the great inconvenience caused. I will never be flying Mango again, and will tell everyone I know to opt for other airlines.</p>
