Two missed flights - insulin pen not allollowed l

Missed my boarding times , since the ******** Mango staff refused to allow me to board with my insulin Pen. Despite THEIR VERY OWN WEBSITE saying the opposite. I missed a job interview and had to cancel the plans Id made with my daughter who I haven't seen in weeks. Now I'll be expected to pay for another trip , despite the redicilous ignorance of their staff
