One of our consultants will contact the hotel to try and confirm this reservation, should we not be able to confirm this hotel, we will offer you alternative options (some options may entail additional or lesser costs), should any of these alternatives not suit you, we will offer you a full refund.\" <br> I was worried about the fact that we might not get the accommodation as our travel date is very close and searched for something else. I phoned Progress on Monday to find out whether the booking is confirmed or not, I also requested her to look elsewhere for accommodation and told her that I would try to find something as well. According to her, the flights were confirmed and paid for, but should she not find something suitable, you would refund the difference. <br> In her e-mail to me, nothing was mentioned about a cancellation fee. Now there is a 20% cancellation fee?? "
