Too late too attitude

<p>Booked 2 adult seats to Durban forFriday 15 July and back to OR on Monday 18 July. Flight JE245 at 08:40. Arrived at 07:55 in line, got to counter at08:02. Was told i was too late to book in and sent to enquiring. There i was met with many more disgrunted passengers for same flight. Was told to pay R650 per person CASH to be put on standby for next flight that was delayed. No excuse, no reason why i was sent back if i was still on time. Had to drive drive to Durban with own vehicle and then obvious did not use return flight as i had my own vehicle. LOST R2716. BECAUSE mango HAD A PROBLEM OF OVERBOOKING?</p>
