booked a flight to cape town from jhb for 2 adults, I made an enquiry to remove one adult for a later flight , they said to simply make the change it would cost me over R1800 , I saw that was not financially viable so I told the consultant clearly that he must just keep things the way they were as 2 adults on one flight. Krishen (the consultant) told me about a new reference number for the other adult but when I said he must not go through with the change he failed to inform me that when I call in I must now use 2 reference numbers even though I didn't go through with the change. Unbeknown to me my girlfriend made a separate booking for a later flight so first thing at the airport I called the refunds department report a duplicate booking. I kept using the old 2 adult reference number and they kept telling me they only see me on the booking and not 2 adults.I was confused.Krishen did not advise me I still needed to use the other reference number he gave me.I called in and spoke to Ingrid who promised to get back to me after listening to calls. Its been hell ever since. Its been 3 working days and R150 airtime of holding on the line. Shes always in a meeting and will get back to me!
