Thievish Mango Airlines

<p>Did an online booking and purchase of a ticket for someone needy and spelt their surname incorrectly. At check-in Mango refuses to let the person board. Mango then states that to change the name on the ticket an additional cost of R300 is required and were not willing to compromise under any circumstance. Seriously, the act of logging into a computer option and typing or erasing one or 2 characters takes no more than a couple of seconds and no real effort. Not really "rocket science" but perhaps Gupta logic? Change your booking process to add ID number and then do name verification pre-taking someone's money and then asking for more over spelling semantics. This is truly an act of blatant bully-ish ******ion-like theft in my eyes. "Easy come - easy go" Mango..... </p>
