Thieving Airline

<p>My bottle of fragrance was ****** from my baggage on my way from Cape Town to Lanseria (Flight JE716 - Booking ***) and Mango Refuses to hear my story all because I did not have travel insurance for that flight. I feel totatlly ****** as I had just bought that bottle and have no way of tracking or even getting a refund for my lost item. </p>
