Horrible service. I advise anyone flying never to use mango airlines. They are *******. Paid R1500 for a ticket DBN-JHB. Checked in online and was at the counter 25 mins before flight was supposed to depart. I was told their is nothing that they can do. I have missed my flight and need to rebook. Thanks Mango at least one of us is R1500 richer. Ladies at the counter, ignore you and delay you further ( making you fustrated) and then tell you there's nothing that can be done, I must book another flight. Disgusted. Another customer lost. Here's another SAA in the making.
