I made an error on selecting the times of my flight instead of 17h55 i selected the 07h25. This was on the same day of travel. I noticed this within 1 minute and contacted the customer centre to rectify the time. I was shocked to be told that the cost of just changing the time. It was R370.00 per person which was a total of R740.00 for two of us. The flight ticket was R798.00 for two. When i asked to justify the R740.00 they said it was admin cost. I asked what admin because i called within a minute and the only thing was done is sent me an email, i did all the admin work on the internet. These people are ******* of the first degree. You know the credibility of these cheap flights when you have a simple error like this. I will never ever use this air line again even if the fliht is for free it is the principal that matters. I only used Kulula and decided to use these cheap flight but regret it and will stick to Kulula. Good luck thives....
