They stole my money, and wont give it back

Look, its a simple equation.<br> i made payment to Mango via their EFT system. money left my account (R2000), and i received no ticket.<br> <br> a day later i had to make another booking, paid that one (again) and then received the tickets.<br> i flew. ( no issues with flight, service etc)<br> <br> HOWEVER, my R2000 processed payment is owed to me. 8 months down the line, despite constant conversations with them (AS WELL AS, a confirmed email from them saying that they will pay me ASAP (3 months ago), i have received nothing.<br> <br> nothing but empty promises.<br> <br> off to court we go... for R2000. what a disgrace.<br>
