They do not care for small kids and mom's

I left work to take my wife and our youngers one to the air port. We have 3 kids (9years, 3years and 5months)<br> What would have been a nice \see mom of at the air port\" turned in to a real bad experience.<br> We stay in melkbos strand +/- 1 hour drive. Arrived at airport, there was a mess-up between SAL and mango regarding the baby's ticket. So we where sent from one line to the next (form on side of the building to the other. Me with the two older ones and my wife carrying the baby all the time (and all the bags+ car seat). final booked in, we needed to take the car seat to the other side of the building again. Then flight was delayed. So got some food for the kids, and drove back home just before melkbos my wife call and asked if I could come fetch her as the where looked up in the bus like sardines no cold air with the baby for over 45min and flight still delayed.<br> We drove back only, to be the last once to be helped to get there bags and car seat. <br> 3 kids, one crying baby, from 4pm to 10:30pm we got home only for my wife and baby to do it all over from 4am this morning.
