There's no life on the other side!!

It is now 3:25.. I have been holding on since 3pm to organise wheelchair assistance. There is no response, no menu, not even a message to say the call will be answered at some point. Is this line even staffed??<br> 25 mins!!!!<br> the *** number..<br>
