Theft with the airline

I was on a flight from Johannesburg to Durban and I had a brand new bottle of perfume inside my big suitcase, someone opened my suitcase and stole the bottle inside and left the empty box. I have written two complaints to the company to express my disappointment with them but no one has reached out. I am still shocked that someone can open and ***** goods from my personal belongings!!! Mango airlines has the worst service ever!!!
