Theft of personal belongs while travelling with Mango Airlines

i travelled on the JE274 from Durban to JHB on Saturday the 16/06/2018.

only to find out when I was unpacking my R700 polo wallet which I got as a gift was ****** as well has my expensive perfume of R980 taken,

I get a call from Mango telling me we are sorry for your inconvenience we can not replace your items.

pathetic service especially when you support a company and they have staff/people that go through peoples personal belongings and ***** what we worked hard for.

sentimental value of these items are priceless but Mango should take responsibility for their staffs actions.
