Theft of Christmas present by Mango Ground staff

I am horrified that the Mango crew have a **** going to ***** from hand luggage that is handed in at the door of the plane. Flight JE334 on 21st Dec at 8h50 from Cape Town to Durban the staff riffeled through my bag and stole my Christmas present that my daughter had saved for and bought for me. It was Swarovski crystal ear rings and she is in tears now. It is 2 days before Christmas, I am a single mother and my daughter who has worked so hard to save some money is intensely disappointed and upset. This is totally unacceptable and I am overwhelmed by this. We only have a family Christmas once every 2 years and now we have this to deal with. Thanks Mango, I will never fly with you ever again. What a sad day Christmas will be for us!
