Theft Mango JE361

Last Friday the 21st of September 2018, we boarded flight JE361 to Cape Town from Durban, on collection of our bags in Cape Town my husband immediately noticed both our pad locks had been cut off of our bags and our zips were cut on further investigation he immediately noticed his brand new jacket which was on top was ******, we went to Mango to complain where a further 10 people had locks cut off or Zips that were completely broken, as can be expected people were really annoyed, a couple of them chose not to bother filling out forms as they were of the opinion it was a waste of time and nothing would be done anyway, and there in lies my frustration Nothing has been done! Not a follow up call, Nothing! I fortunately had nothing taken, but there is something fundamentally wrong when clearly someone knows they will get away with breaking into at least 10 people’s belongings! Where is the justice system? I have got over the theft, the vandalism but I would like to know what is being done about the perpetrators!!?? This is totally unacceptable on every level! I want to know who these people are that believe in a place of employment it is you Right to ***** and break what does Not Belong to you!! furthermore I entrusted my bag to Mango Airlines, why is this even taking place?? What are you doing to protect your Paying Customers belonging s?
