Theft in luggage

Dear Mango Airlines

My wife and I flew from King Shaka Airport to O.R Tambo last night. Our luggage was ripped open and your staff helped themselves to shoes, clothes, perfume etc. It’s disgusting that Mango only payS out R140 per kg that has been ****** in your luggage. It’s actually a disgrace one needs to carry their entire luggage as hand luggage, since everything is in fact valuable.

The cost of a loaf of bread isn't far off from the petty payout for ****** luggage that is in fact, priceless. We will never fly mango airlines again due to our flight being delayed in order for your staff to enjoy a thorough shopping spree of each passenger's luggage.
