Theft gets off with a warning

<p>My sister had flown with Mango Airlines from Durban early in February to spend some time with me, and when we got home from OR Tambo which was a bit later at night she realised that her 100ml perfume was ****** from her bag.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was too late to contact Mango Airlines so she waited till the Monday after her flight.</p> <p>They had then for like an hour given her the run around and stated per their rules and terms and conditions they will not reimburse her for that.</p> <p> </p> <p>They also told her to go to OR Tambo and review the footage and also review the footage at King Shaka International Airport when she returns to Durban.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then when she asked the consultant on the other end of the line what would happen when they spotted or found the person responsible for the theft it was stated as a shocking revelation that Mango would only issue the person with a warning for *****ing!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>A WARNING, that’s all the punishment this person would get for Theft?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the reason why theft of the paying customer’s belongings is still continuing and will continue until the employers and Mango Airlines dealing with this take more serious action.</p> <p> </p> <p>We will never fly Mango airlines again.</p>
