Theft from my luggage

I was a passenger on flight JE826 from George this morning. After passenger luggage took an age to arrive I discovered the lock from my luggage had been broken off and removed, another irate passenger had their bags zip destroyed with valuables ******. I discovered that my brand new cologne was not longer in my bag. This is unacceptable and I will be making sure not to travel with Mango again as their service is no longer what it used to be.

I will be making sure I inform others to likewise be cautious of using Mango as their carrier of choice.
