theft by employees

This is a customer complaint, I have a complaint with regards to your staff. On Saturday a watch was ****** by one of your employees in a bag. The lady at the check-in point insisted I put my bag with the aircraft’s luggage. I was travelling from Durban to Jhb. This type of behaviour is unacceptable and really appalling. I would like measures taken by the company to get my watch back, as it's a very expensive watch worth 42K, I really don't take kindly to theft. I do intend on taking further steps if this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction. This is the second e-mail that I am sending and it seems as if it is falling on deaf ears. Please ensure that you provide me with a solution as this is totally unacceptable that staff just ***** from your customer’s and nothing is done about this.
