Theft and no one cares

Having been requested to put my carry on bag in the front hold (because flight allegedly full - which it wasn't) my bag was raided (cable ties cut off) and items ******. Upon reporting it to the Mango customer services call centre I was pretty much told to read the t&c's and have a nice day. They didn't give a damn. Luckily there are two other airlines that value my business.
