The worst online platform ever.

Tried to change a flight for one of the passengers on a booking. The system changed the flight for the wrong person. When I contacted the call center to rectify this, they said I have to pay for each name change I want to make. Essentially I have to pay 2xname change, for a system error on their side. wth. Tried to make the name change and then the system didn't change all the information. Had to wait 20min on the phone for them just change the detail. The worst online platform ever.
