The airline **** to passengers

My mom booked an early flight fromJHB to connect to a boat cruise in Durban only for mango airlines to intentionally lie and delay us and we missed our boat cruise and they refuse to reimburse us nor refund. They initially gave us a late time and we refused, and demanded we want the earlier time and they confirmed our preferred time only to take off at the time we refused and we missed out boat.

They dont care nor remorseful and we want justice and refund or book us another trip
