Yesterday I tried to book a flight on Mango airlines but my booking was unsuccessful due to the flight being sold out during my session. Unfortunately, my transaction was processed and funds were deducted from my account. I thus reported this through their call centre where I spoke to Leandra. She was transparent about the process and was helpful. She indicated that the matter would have to be escalated to their accounts department and I would receive a call today to update me on my transaction which she did and she apologised profusely for what I had to go through indicated that my money would be refunded. She then invited me to book again online as they had a special still running. I did and got a cheaper ticket.
