Terrible Terrible Experience

Terrible services. Been waiting the whole day for my luggage that was promised to be delivered this morning. Whats making matters worse is that I was promised that the delivery guys are coming and its been over 12 hours. This is totally unacceptable, terrible experience for a first time traveller with you.
