Terrible service/rude consultants/unhelpful

Terrible, Terrible service. The consultants are so rude, you hold for over 2 hours and when you finally get hold of a consultant they will be rude. Today i got an sms notification that my flight time has been changed, because i have other commitments and I can’t make the new flight time. I tried to explain to the consultant and ask him for a voucher, he was so rude and told me on his system my flight time has not changed. After holding for more than 2 hours, he put me on mute while i was trying to explain and later hung up the phone on me without assistance.
