terrible service, still waiting for call

Yesterday I spoke to Philswa and she promised to get back to me and the entire day I waited. When I contacted her in the afternoon she said she was in meeting so my query does not get resolved. Customer care the phone rings and cuts off, I asked Philswa to get customer care manager and yet no call received. Seems Mango do not care about customers as they do not get back customers
