Terrible Service from Mango Airlines
Terrible service - delayed flight. An 20h00 flight to Cape Town gets delayed to 22h10, and then delayed again to 22h19. We have been on the plane since 22h00 but there is no flight crew here. It is now 22h45 and we are still waiting for the plane with no update. Disgraceful service.
