Terrible service

This is the service you will receive when using mango airlines. Think twice before purchasing a ticket online. There has been an incident where I bought tickets, only to find out when arriving on the day of the supposed flight, that the flight no longer, or never, existed. I was not informed of this beforehand. My tickets were then moved to a different day, only for me to, yet again, find out that the returning flight is non-existent. Tickets are being sold for flights that never take off. Apart from the disappointment and frustration of not being able to travel on the day, most accommodation has been paid for, and due to never having been informed beforehand, deposits cannot be returned. Upon inquiry, Mango has been vague and unhelpful.
