terrible service

Flight JE538 PE to JHB delayed from 11.20 until 13.10 with NO communication, explanation or apology. Flight further delayed because incoming flight only aimed at 12.50. <br> <br> There was an SAA flight at 12.45 to JHB which they cancelled. I think they put everyone on the Mango flight to save themselves money and are using excuses of 'late arrivals'. Really useless airline. An explanation would have give a long way.
