Terrible service

Shocking service from telephone staff, on hold for over 30 mins only to be hung up on, the Consultant neither listened to what I said nor understaood me properly, Website down and problematic so I don't know if the flight I booked and may or may not have paid for is there, I can't go and rebook because the website is not working properly.
