Terrible service

<p>Was suppose to fly to george today at 11:50 and arrived at the checkin at 11:20. They refused to help me as the checkin time closed 10mins earlier. I have been 10mins late at kulula and they made a plan very quick before the boarding gates closed. They are not willing to go the extra mile for customers. Thanks for wasting my money. </p>
