Terrible flight

<p>I've been a loyal passenger of Mango of years now. They can go an verify that on my ID. On the 3rd of August I had a return flight 15:20 on JE 638 flight from Durban to Lanseria on their "latest aircraft". After we we're told we can switch on our mobile devices to Airpoplane/WiFi mode a pipe came out right in front of seat 1 out of the hold luggage. I have pictures to proof this. The hostess saw me taking picures of this and tucked the pipe away. Apon descnending the same happened again. Some more pictures I can provide. How safe are we as regular passengers on Mango? Is this the only aircraft that has this problem? I want an answer or I will send the pictures and my concern to ACSA.</p> <p> </p>
