Terrible experience

I flew to Capt town on the 19th November 2015. I booked a Mango ticket for the trip down flight number JE129. Approaching the plane I realized that the plane was completely white and entering the plane I realized the staff where dressed in different outfits to Mango staff. This made me fell really uncomfortable as i purchased the ticket and chose the brand mango to fly on.<br> <br> When i asked the air hostess what was going on she said mango have leased the plane from Safair or something, they rent the plane, pilots and staff. As a consumer I wasn't told this and as said i felt really uncomfortable.<br> <br> I then booked the emergency exit seat and was told i have an exit row. However getting on the plane i had a seat with the worst leg room i have ever experienced.<br> <br> I then sat down my seat was loose and you could see the air con wiring above as the paneling was loose and not fitted correctly.<br> <br> I would like my money back as this is not what i paid for!!!! Please revert ASAP!!!<br>
