Terrible customer service, flights always delayed

Took 2 flights with Mango recently and I won't be flying with them ever again.

Their staff are extremely petty and inconsiderate. On my first flight, my luggage was 12KG under the allowed limit, on my return flight I was a mere 1KG over the checked in luggage limit and I had had no hand luggage yet the individual at the baggage drop insisted I take out an item from my bag and carry it as hand luggage - literally fighting over 1KG.

Whether I carried it in my hand or in checked luggage it was still going on the plane but this person did not seem to possess any common sense. Furthermore, both flights I had taken were delayed. The first flight by 30 minutes and the second by 60 minutes. The least they could have done is just let me check that extra kilo in!
