Terrible Customer Service

I have never experienced such terrible service, I booked my flight on the 08th of December and I did not receive a booking confirmation but money was deducted from my account. On the 09th of December, I tried calling the customer care helpline and there was no answer. I then decided to send an email, still no response. I then went on their Instagram page and saw that they were active, I then dmed them regarding my issue but they only respond to one message a day. I have never come across such terrible service and the days are nearing, the fact that I cannot get assistance for such a simple thing is frustrating!!!!!
