Terrible Customer Service

So I try and check in online this morning for my flight, but the website doesn’t allow my check in. I then rush to make it in time to board my flight, but they tell me they cant accept my suitcase because the cargo is closed. I get my boarding pass but I cant leave my suitcase at the airport. According to the call centre they were supposed to put me on the next flight. I had to get there because my father passed away and this is the service you get. Its shocking and so disappointing.
