Terrible customer service

This is probally the worst service i have ever recieved! I booked my flight online on Monday evening, payment went through, no confirmation of flight recieved from them. My flight is for today Wednesday, spent all of yesterday calling there call centre to no luck spent almost R300 on airtime waiting for over 30minutes to reach a constulant for confirmation of my flight to no success. Went on there facebook page todag spoke to someone called KD, he tells me there escalating my issue still no response as yet. Called there call centre and after numerous attempts managed to speak to some guy who made me hold for over 5 minutes after taking my details down and then dropped the phone on me. Been trying ever since to no success and just waited for over 15minutes waiting to speak to someone. I am lost for words need to confirm my flight but no one seems to care this is disgraceful customer service. The money i have spent on recharging to call them is so uncalled for! I am disappointed and very upset at the lack of professionalism from this company. I need an urgent response my number is ********** 381
